Join our team as a Service Advisor Assistant at Affinity Automotive Services, located in Wichita, KS. We are seeking a motivated individual to support our service advisor team and contribute to our mission of helping people solve problems and be happier.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Assist in greeting customers, understanding their automotive service needs, and providing friendly assistance.
2. Appointment Scheduling: Manage service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal use of service bays.
3. Communication: Work closely with service advisors to communicate service recommendations and updates to customers in a clear and professional manner via, phone, text and email.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle information.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional concerns or questions.
6. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the service advisor team, including data entry, filing checking in and distributing new and return parts.
7. Multitasking: Juggle various tasks efficiently, including handling phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and managing administrative duties simultaneously

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $26,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
