What You'll Do:

Diagnose & Repair: Perform thorough diagnostic tests on vehicles to pinpoint issues and recommend optimal repair solutions.

Routine Maintenance: Conduct essential maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, ensuring vehicles are in peak condition.

Advanced Repairs: Repair and replace critical vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and brake systems.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication regarding repair needs and estimated completion times.

Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest automotive technologies and trends to provide the most efficient and effective solutions.

Quality & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure top-notch workmanship and exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality repairs and excellent service.

Continuous Improvement: Help shape the future of our operations by assisting in the development of service procedures and maintaining detailed technical documentation.

In-Depth Inspections: Perform comprehensive inspections of engine, transmission, and brake systems to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven Expertise: You have solid experience as an Automotive Technician and a passion for diagnosing and solving complex vehicle issues.

Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: You’re familiar with the latest automotive technologies and take pride in your meticulous attention to detail.

Team Player: While you’re capable of working independently, you thrive in a collaborative team environment.

ASE Certification (a plus): Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is a strong plus but not required.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
